Schedule of Events

Friday, September 5th 2008 - Issaquah (Holiday Inn Issaquah)
$15/person

6pm-8pm - Meet and Greet
Meet fellow Eggheads before the big event. Snacks and soft drinks will be served. There will be a no-host bar open.

Saturday, September 6th 2008 - Lake Sammamish State Park
$20/person or $35/couple. (For registrations received prior to 8/15)

9am - Lighting of the Eggs
A time-honored Eggfest tradition, join the Egg-hibitors as they fire up their Eggs and get ready to cook!
10am - 3pm - Cook, eat, and meet other Eggers.
Enjoy a broad range of tastes as egg-sperienced Eggers share their tips, recipes, and food with you.

5:30pm - Pick up demo eggs

	Register to attend the second annual Pacific Northwest Evergreen Eggfest! Admission is $20 per person or $35 per couple and includes a t-shirt, water, soft drinks, food, and fun for the whole family! (No fee for children under 13.) Register early - admission goes up August 15th.
	Register to participate and share your Egg-spertise with others! Register to cook and/or teach a class and get free admission. Demo Eggs will be provided- register early!
